Real Estate Project Investment Analysis-Decision Process Reengineering

Abstract
This paper first introduces the fundamentals of BPR(Business Process Reengineering). After doing some research work in the real estate project investment analysis-decision process, it reengineers the real estate project investment analysis-decision process.
The investment decision analysis of real estate development project is very important to ensure the safety of capital, and the key point of phased project investment is the key of investment control. This paper analyzes the key points of investment control from the decision-making stage, design stage, construction stage and completion settlement stage, and analyzes the investment management of the project through the whole process of research and demonstration with examples for the situation of the project in the decision-making stage, design stage, construction stage and completion final account stage. The results show that the investment of construction projects can be controlled within the predetermined investment range only by grasping the key points of investment control in each stage. On the basis of grasping the key points of investment in phased projects, investment managers should grasp the changes of projects and markets at any time, collect phased investment information, timely discover investment deviations and take effective measures to control the cost and win profits for real estate development projects.
